Yellowstone National Park

Buffalo at sunset, Midway Geyser Basin, Yellowstone National Park, Wyoming. For anyone wanting to embrace Nature, Yellowstone National Park has to be one of the most popular destinations.

For me, Yellowstone is the National Park that I long to experience. I see such wonderful photos taken of this magical place. Incredibly beautiful sunsets. Awe-inspiring waterfalls, geysers and rivers. Massive Bison, Majestic Elk and the unknown just around the bend.

It’s no wonder that Yellowstone History has been occupied for over 11,000 years. And it’s certainly not a mystery that in 1872 Yellowstone was nominated as the first National Park.

Multiple Tornados Hit Dallas-Fort Worth

6d0379d1877ca1a6493403de0af826cfMultiple Tornados hit the Dallas-Fort Worth area last night. It truly is amazing the power of Mother Nature. A California native, the ferocious thunderstorms we experienced last night were amazing and scary. To top that off, the weather culminating in tornados and heavy rainstorms are so very different from the weather experienced in California.

And so this morning, as there is a quietness in the air, it makes me appreciate Mother Nature in all its glory – for the incredible sights (and frights) as well as the magnificence found on the wing of an eagle.

Hope everyone stays safe and is able to take a minute and enjoy the gifts of Mother Nature!
