Wild Mustangs

Wild Mustangs

Making the most of their surroundings, wild Mustangs are an amazingly hardy animal. Wild Mustangs along the Wyoming/Montana area roam free along the crested and rocky buttes that make up their home.

Wild Mustangs were initially brought to the United States by Spanish explorers.  The correct terminology for these horses are “feral mustangs” since they resemble no true breed. The American West is home to many untamed free-roaming wild horses.

In my belief, the Wild Mustangs that habitat within the United States is as much a part of our history as the cowboy.  Protecting these beautiful creatures is just as vital as any other historical landmark.
