Aragon, The Arabian

From the ancient deserts of the Middle East evolved the oldest known breed of riding horse, the Arabian. Now one of the most popular breeds in America, the Arabians’ incredible energy, intelligence and gentle disposition allow riders to excel in most equine sports and activities.

The thing I like most about this drawing is that it displays the beauty and powerful musculature of the Arabian, but also displays the intelligence of Aragon.  You’re not quite sure if he is just about to do something mischievous or not.  One thing for certain about Arabians, they are definitely a friend for life!
